For those of you who don’t know, the placebo effect is when you are given a substance that is said to have some effect on you and you feel the effect even though it was just sugar or water.
In other words, just by being told it had an effect on you, you felt the effect even though it wasn’t a real substance.
For example. A doctor can give you “pain medicine” for an aching part of your body. You take the medicine and you feel better because you believe it will help. But it turns out the “medicine” was just a sugar cube or something, with no medicinal effects.
With this being said, this proves that your thoughts create your reality. If you think your life sucks, your life is going to suck. Manifestation is real.
Your experience of the world around you depends merely on how you think about it.
Something is good or bad dependent on your thought of it. Nothing is naturally good or bad, you experience it on how you think about it.
If you don’t think you can do something, you won’t do it.
If you truly believe you can do it, you’ll be able to.
Change your mindset, change your life.
If you are unhappy with yourself you either need to work on yourself and improve what you are unhappy about, or learn to accept things for how they are.
There are some things you can’t control.
If you want to lose weight. At least put in some effort. Just work out for 10 minutes and eat a little bit healthier. Just the effort alone can make you feel better about yourself.
You should always try to look for the good in things.
Currently you’re probably stuck inside. You can get mad and blame the world for being unhappy.
Or you can see it as an opportunity to work on yourself. Spend time with loved ones.
Learn a new hobby. Start practicing yoga or meditation or some at home exercise.
Don’t be scared of others judging you. Do what is best for you and worry about yourself.
People will judge you no matter what. They will always find something to talk about. So just do what makes you happy.
