Quick, Cheap and Healthy Meals-Tortillas

Tortillas are just a different way to eat these foods.

You can make wraps with potatoes, beans, lentils, hummus, meat alternatives, avocado, spinach, etc.

Just heat up a tortilla on both sides for like 15 seconds. Then add some hummus and everything else. Don’t forget the sauce. I like sriracha.
